New Interview on "A Baha'i Perspective"
Last month I recorded my first interview about my new book for "A Baha'i Perspective," a radio show and podcast based in Western Massachusetts. It was great talking with Warren Odess-Gillett, a warm and skilled interviewer, whom I was fortunate to meet last fall when I was speaking at Mt. Holyoke College. Warren has been interviewing Baha'is from all walks of life for years, and the hour-long programs are a great resource, all archived here at the show's website.
In our conversation Warren asks me to talk about my own background, familial, religious, and professional, and I share several excerpts from the book. Our discussion of the life and tragic death of Alonzo Twine, the first person to become a Baha'i in South Carolina, is moving.
The podcast of our conversation is available free for downloading here. Enjoy!
